Casino VIP Club
The TorvellianprestigeCourt Casino VIP Club is designed for guests who regard the gaming floor as a place of craft and ritual rather than mere chance - where the quality of the experience matters as much as the outcome of any hand. Membership is extended by invitation to frequent guests and high-engagement players who have demonstrated a preference for the casino's table game environments. The programme offers a framework of genuine recognition rather than automated points: your relationship with this casino is managed by a named host who knows your game, your schedule, and your preferences.
Named Gaming Host
Every VIP member is assigned a dedicated host who manages reservations, table preferences, and visit logistics - a single point of contact who remembers details so you never have to repeat them.
Priority Table Access
Reserved seating at baccarat, poker, and blackjack tables during peak periods means you spend your time playing, not waiting - access is confirmed in advance through your host.
Complimentary Suite Upgrades
Qualifying members receive automatic room category upgrades on arrival, subject to availability - a recognition that the experience should begin the moment you check in, not only when you reach the gaming floor.
Private Gaming Salon Access
A dedicated semi-private salon off the main floor accommodates members-only sessions in an atmosphere of complete calm - lower lighting, fewer guests, and a staff-to-player ratio reserved for this space alone.
Dining Priority at Flint and The Cartographer
VIP members hold first-call reservation rights at both dining venues, including access to The Cartographer's private dining calendar on dates otherwise closed to general booking.
Annual Members' Evening
Once each year, the hotel closes the main gaming floor to the public for an exclusive members-only evening - a private event with a set-menu dinner, live entertainment, and table gaming until late, attended by invitation only.
